Paul has 35 years of foodservice experience providing the area restaurants with quality products at reasonable prices.

As our name suggests, our largest product segment and calling card is fresh produce. But don't just think of us for just produce!

We have over 5,000 items specific to the foodservice industry, but marketed to a broad spectrum of operators. Most of our product specifications are dictated by the market, and more specifically by our customers. Because we're smaller than some of the bigger foodservice companies, we able to make fast decisions and deliver more frequently. Small. Nimble. Flexible. Our business is primarily distributing wholesale restaurant supplies within the New York Finger Lakes Region. We deliver six days a week. We source fresh meats and cut steaks, fresh poultry, frozen seafood and meats, and frozen bakery items, in addition to a large number of value-added, labor saving fresh produce items.

We also have an equipment and supply program in place, as well as a full line of paper and janitorial supplies, catering items and take out containers.
